This 8-week series is designed to help you rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you’re freshly postpartum or further along in your journey, these classes will help you address common postpartum aches and pains, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, and move with more confidence.

Each week, we’ll focus on a specific theme, with safe and effective exercises tailored to meet you where you are.

You’ll learn how to engage your core correctly, improve your posture, calm + regulate your nervous system, and challenge your body safely as you regain strength.

Whether you bring your babe or come solo, this is your dedicated time to focus on you—to feel stronger, more balanced, and reconnected with yourself and other moms.

Week 1: Breathing + Core + Pelvic Floor Connection
Week 2: Alignment & Reducing Pressure on Your Core + Pelvic Floor
Week 3: Core Engagement—How to Know If You’re Doing It Right
Week 4: Regulating Your Nervous System & Restorative Practices
Week 5: Lower Body Strength—Building Support & Reducing Discomfort
Week 6: Upper Body Strength—Posture & Managing Aches + Pains
Week 7: Balance & Deep Core Connection
Week 8: Adding Load to Challenge Your Core

*This program is recommended for women 6 weeks postpartum and beyond who have been cleared for exercise by their care provider.
