Rest easy, mamas! This is your time to sink into a therapeutic, satisfying class that blends uplifting core exercises and yoga poses with soothing restorative movements with modifications for women at all stages of pregnancy and motherhood. For four weeks, we’ll rebuild and return inner physical and mental strength with calming core practices and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system and ease pelvic floor hypertension and remedy pain. After each class, you’ll be able to move through your week with more flow, rest and peace (hallelujah!).
*It is recommended that postpartum women are 6 weeks postpartum or beyond and have been cleared by their care provider.
