Prenatal One-on One Sessions
Every body is different, and there’s nothing that shows you that quite like pregnancy and motherhood. The aches, pains and imbalances are often uniquely your own, so the powerful perk of one-on-one work is using a potent blend of yoga, pilates and strength training suited specifically for you and your body.
With experience as a yoga and pilates teacher, a birth doula and personal trainer, my approach to movement is supportive and sustainable while empowering you to feel confident, strong and truly ready for birth and postpartum recovery. We’ll take our sessions in stride with your mood, energy levels and needs front of mind, and work together to ease the pain, anxiety and fear that can naturally come when you’re closing in on your due date.
With one-on-one sessions, we’ll use a blend of yoga, pilates and strength training suited specifically for you to:
-safely and effective train your core
-build overall strength and balance in your body
-relieve and ease up on tension and strain
-prevent and reduce core and pelvic floor symptoms
Monthly Coaching Package Rates:
1 hour/month $120
2 hours/month $220
4 hours/month $400
Your monthly coaching package includes:
Weekly exercise plans including follow along classes from the & She Moves Library and Mama Reset Member Community, video tutorials, bonus resources and private Slack Community.
