In this 6 module program we’ll work together to prevent and manage tension, discomfort (to put it mildly) & keep common pregnancy aches and pains (back, hip, pelvic, just to name a few) at bay.
Each class will leave you feeling perfectly balanced with targeted & safe core work and simple, uplifting movements, that build supportive postural muscles to take strain off of your hardworking abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
