Ask any new mom and they’ll tell you the first few months postpartum are a lot (and that’s an understatement). You’re likely feeling totally exhausted, overwhelmed and almost entirely unfamiliar with this new body of yours.
If you’re feeling frustrated by back, hip or pelvic pain, pelvic floor symptoms such as bladder leakage, or constantly feeling stiff and sore from cradling, canoodling and carrying your babe, then this is the program for you!
With the Feel & Heal Custom Core Re-training program you’ll get a hybrid approach including virtual 1:1 sessions, follow along classes (yoga, pilates and strength), customized workouts and done-for-you monthly program that will help you realign, rebuild and reboot overall strength with targeted and uplifting movement focused on:
core + pelvic floor function
supportive postural muscles
strong hips, glutes and legs
free and mobile joints and muscles
This 1:1 training is a minimum 3 month commitment including
1 monthly 60 minute virtual movement session
