Postpartum One-on-One Sessions
Now that baby is here, your body is processing and healing in a whole new way (again!). Your sore, stiff muscles, abdominal and pelvic floor, posture and breathing all need extra help as you shift into this new phase of motherhood. With one-on-one sessions, we’ll use a blend of yoga, pilates and strength training suited specifically for you to retrain and bring your core back into balance, slowly restore overall strength and ease up on all that collective pressure you’re likely feeling. We’ll also incorporate relaxing and oh-so-needed breathing practices and poses to soothe your spirit and centre you back in your body.
With my experience as a yoga and pilates teacher, a birth doula and personal trainer, my approach to movement is supportive and sustainable while empowering you to feel confident, strong and truly ready for life with baby! We’ll take our sessions in stride with your mood, energy levels and needs front of mind, and work together to ease the pain, assist recovery and truly start healing.
With one-on-one sessions we’ll:
