6 Week Support Package
6 weeks of one-on-one support with me as you work through any of the & She Moves online programs.
This is perfect for you if you’ve been struggling to get consistent with your movement practices or craving a more personal experience with the ability to ask questions and get feedback on exercises and technique.
This package includes:
a weekly check-in from me (can be e-mail, text or Voxer, whatever you'd prefer)
24/7 Voxer support- a space where we can message each other and you can share your successes, challenges, troubleshoot workout plans (timing, etc) and ask any questions you've got!
1 bonus personalized coaching tip/resource each week- a breathing exercise, restorative pose, mobility exercise, some kind of movement focus for the week, etc
