Guided Body Scan
GETTING SET UP:
You’ll need about 15 minutes of peace and quiet and can be nice to do before you go to sleep or anytime you can allow yourself to fully relax.
This practice is best done lying down on your back. Take your time to get settled and use whatever supports help you feel supported.
Don’t worry if your mind starts to wander, meditation is a practice and an opportunity to cultivate self compassion. When you notice your mind wandering or fixating, just acknowledge that and gently guide your awareness back to your breath.
