Grounding Yoga Flow
With everything going on in the world these days, taking the time to get grounded and centred is so important.
When I think about what feeling grounded means to me, I think about getting out of my head and into the present moment. Or “present moment awareness” as Neuroscientist Norm Farb calls it.
Yoga can help us shift our attention to the present moment by focusing on our breath and moving our body with intention and focus.
Of course for us mamas, getting to this place can be a challenge. Some people find it helpful to start with breath work to calm their mind and some people find that getting their body moving helps them get out of their head.
This 20 minute flow is all about connecting to your body and breath, to help you feel more present and aware. The perfect way to start or finish your day or even as a little reset mid day.
