Trimester Three: Balance
FOOT + LEG LOVE (31:23)
Your poor legs, feet and ankles have to work so hard to support your body during pregnancy, so we’re taking some time to mobilize stiff joints and bring some length to tense, tight muscles. In addition to the delicious stretches we’ll also build strength around the hips and pelvis so you feel much supported and less sore and achey.
The movements in this class not only reduce discomfort but also promote better circulation (helping to reduce swelling), promote a sense of groundedness, and help with better alignment and core strength.
