Time to show your joints some love! Pregnancy hormones can affect your joints making them more mobile in preparation for birth. Bringing some integrity to the muscles around your joints to help stabilize them is important as is maintaining fluidity in the actual joint themselves.
This is a lovely practice that helps bring mobility and stability to the joints and the surrounding areas all while keeping things a bit more chill with this deep and mindful mat practice.
