SIDE BODY BOOST (33:15)

This class focuses on core support by building strength around the hips, pelvis and postural muscles.

We’ll focus on side lying work as a great way to focus on hip mobility AND stability at the same time. We want our hip joints to feel supple and mobile in preparation for labor but we need support around the pelvis during pregnancy, to reduce back pain and over loading of the pelvic floor muscles.
