This is going to be your new go-to move! It’s simple. Feels great. And you can do it anywhere.
Your mid-upper back is probably crying out for help- as it is doing a whole lot of holding, cradling and snuggling. And while I’m sure you could sit and stare at your babe all day, your back needs some love too!
This movement is great for freeing up those stiff, tense back muscles (yay!) and will also help with better breathing and core function (double yay!).
Take a moment to do this after feeding or changing baby, giving a quick bit of mobility to those hardworking back muscles!
