I’ve been where you are. In my first pregnancy, I dealt with the frustration of constant back pain, weakened core and pelvic floor muscles and general exhaustion!

Even with 10 years of experience as a movement teacher and birth doula,  I still felt lost, confused and embarrassed by not knowing my way around my own body.

This experience prompted me to develop a functional and supportive approach that has changed pregnancies around the globe for the better.
