Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely. Babies are welcome up to 1 year old. You’re welcome to bring anything you need to keep baby happy- and I’m always around if babies need a little attention.

Are babies involved in the class?

This class is focused on you. While your baby will be close by, movement is tailored to rebuild your strength and mobility. Options are always available if babies need to be held.

What if I haven't done yoga or pilates before?

Not at all. These postnatal classes are beginner-friendly and fully adaptable—perfect whether you’re weeks or months postpartum.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat and anything your baby might need (blanket, toys, etc). Props are provided.

What if I miss a class?

When you sign up for the full 12 week series, you’ll have access to one makeup. Want extra flexibility? Join our online membership for days you can’t make it or for support between sessions.
